Return & Refund
If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. You must provide proof of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at support@flicktags.com with the evidence of damage.
Upon validation of the damage claim within the specified 24-hour window, we will process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
